She was consistently valued and respected as a business partner who supported a broad range of businesses from retail banking through corporate functions, operations and IT.
Drawing on her own lived experience as a manager and executive team member, and her deep interest in helping managers and leaders grow, Sharon founded a successful leadership development and consulting business in 2002.
